Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
Orders returned to us because they were unclaimed, refused, or addressed incorrectly may be eligible for reshipment after the customer pays the additional shipping cost.
